Return/Exchange Policy

POLICY

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase. Please ensure that merchandise for return is in original condition in their original packaging. All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment method. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale

Items marked ‘Final Sale’, clearance items, special sale items, promotional items, special order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Conditions

  • Items must be in new condition;
  • has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged;
  • original tags attached;
  • accompanied by its original invoice.

Returns and Exchanges

Please ensure that merchandise for return meets our policy. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and parcels. Please follow the guidelines.

  1. Email us at contactus@doremibeauty.com. Please ensure to include: “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line, your full name, order number, list item numbers you are returning or exchanging, correct address and a contact number, and reason for returning or exchanging (e.g. size too small, looks different from the picture, etc.).
  2. Exchanges: we offer store credit for exchanges to be applied when placing a new order.
  3. Complete your Return Form attached to the invoice.
  4. Pack your item/s and invoice.
  5. Please ensure to receive the receipt with tracking number from the post office to prevent lost package as the parcel remains your responsibility until it’s returned to us.

You will receive an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, we will send a refund or store credit confirmation email. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return process to be completed. Note: Refunds may appear on your statement after 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

 

Gift Returns or Exchanges

Gifts are only eligible for store credit only. Please ensure that merchandise for return has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, in their original packaging with original tags attached and accommodated by packaging slip. Returns that do not match our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

  1. Email us at contactus@doremibeauty.com. Please include: “GIFT RETURN” in the subject line, order number, your full name, item numbers you are returning, correct address and a contact number.
  2. Once we receive the email, we will send you the return label to print.
  3. Pack your item/s, and return label. Attach the shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.

You will receive an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, we will send a store credit confirmation email. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return process to be completed.

*Gift Cards: Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
